Clinical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Facilitate regular teletherapy sessions with clients.

• Assist clients in overcoming anxiety, managing grief, enhancing family dynamics, and reaching personal objectives.

• Address a range of issues including adjustment problems, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral challenges, PTSD, and substance dependency.

• Collaborate with Clinical Directors to create effective treatment plans.

• Gather feedback from Clinical Directors to enhance patient outcomes.

• Document and maintain records in WellQor's online EHR system in accordance with company protocols.

• Utilize the WellQor Clinician Connect platform to exchange ideas and receive support from clinicians and leadership across the country.

• Work in partnership with designated care teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD or equivalent, with independent practice licensure.

• Empanelment or participation with commercial insurance plans is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Comfortable using mobile devices.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems for patient documentation and communication.
