Clinical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients.

• Assist clients in overcoming anxiety, coping with grief, enhancing family relationships, and reaching personal goals.

• Address a variety of issues including adjustment problems, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral challenges, PTSD, and substance use disorders.

• Work collaboratively with assigned care teams and consult with other clinicians.

• Partner with Clinical Directors to create effective treatment plans.

• Gather feedback to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation in WellQor’s web-based EHR in accordance with company standards.

• Utilize the WellQor Clinician Connect platform to exchange ideas and seek support from clinicians and leadership across the nation.

• Define your availability and manage a caseload that aligns with your lifestyle.

⛳️ Requirements

• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD, or an equivalent license to practice independently.

• Empanelment or participation with commercial insurance plans is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Proficient computer skills are required.

• Must be comfortable using mobile devices.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems for patient charting and communication is essential.
