This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.
• Deliver clinical, technical, and surgical assistance for Cochlear's portfolio of cochlear implant and bone conduction products.
• Train and support surgeons, audiologists, operating room teams, and other hearing healthcare professionals through workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
• Develop and sustain strong customer relationships as a reliable clinical and business partner across the territory.
• Aid in achieving territory sales goals by recognizing opportunities, comprehending customer needs, and effectively positioning Cochlear solutions.
• Implement territory business strategies, sales initiatives, product launches, and customer education programs to foster growth.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide customer support, maintain compliance standards, and contribute to overall territory success.
• Travel extensively within Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota, including overnight stays.
• Master's Degree / Au.D.
• 1–2 years of Cochlear ACTM experience and/or 1–2 years of experience in hearing healthcare sales, encompassing sales planning, budgeting/forecasting, and accountability for a revenue quota or target.
• 1–2 years of clinical/surgical support experience in Audiology and/or 1–2 years of sales experience in Hearing Healthcare.
• Proven skills in prioritization and organization.
• Highly effective presentation abilities.
• Prior clinical experience, preferably with cochlear implants.
• Strong sales and business acumen with demonstrated knowledge or experience in cochlear implant surgical environments.
• Capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 60% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Depending on territory coverage needs, must have access to a dependable vehicle.
• Must fulfill all credentialing requirements to gain access to hospitals and surgical centers.
