Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to understand the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.

• Train to become an expert in da Vinci Surgery's technical and sales aspects across primary surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Optimize the usage of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.

• Offer case support, guidance, insights, and training to surgical teams.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other clients.

• Contribute to quarterly sales objectives through demonstrations, in-services, operating room selling activities, and customer support training.

• Assist or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events.

• Oversee sales and procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, expense documentation, and assigned online modules using the required company software.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience is required.

• Proficiency in both English and German is essential.

• Must demonstrate ambition and a strong work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are necessary.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively as a team member.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.
