Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire insights into the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.

• Undergo training to become a technical and sales expert in da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Enhance regional support by optimizing the utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.

• Conduct product demonstrations and in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other clients.

• Offer case support, guidance, insights, and training to surgical teams utilizing the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Contribute towards quarterly sales targets through product demonstrations, in-services, operating room selling initiatives, and customer support training.

• Assist in or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events to elevate system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.

• Oversee the reporting of sales and procedures, outcomes of sales activities, expense reports, and completion of assigned online modules using the necessary company software.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience is required.

• Proficiency in both English and German is essential.

• A strong ambition and a solid work ethic are necessary.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in working collaboratively as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.
