This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide administrative support of a non-clinical nature to clinical teams.
• Ensure patient care activities are coordinated accurately, promptly, and efficiently.
• Collaborate with nurses, pharmacists, providers, and various internal business partners.
• Oversee administrative workflows and maintain comprehensive patient records.
• Coordinate documentation and assist with therapy-related processes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Support operational effectiveness and facilitate positive patient outcomes.
• Handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in healthcare administration, specialty pharmacy, or clinical support settings.
• Strong capabilities in organization, time management, and multitasking are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare documentation systems is necessary.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• A demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and outstanding customer service is essential.
• Two or more years of experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, care coordination, or clinical support settings is preferred.
• Experience in supporting specialty therapies, infusion services, or complex patient care programs is advantageous.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and familiarity with specialty pharmacy or infusion workflows is preferred.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare applications such as Epic, Microsoft Office Suite, and other clinical documentation platforms is preferred.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement of processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with quality assurance, documentation review, data tracking, and reporting is preferred.
• A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service to patients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
