
Clinical Supervisor β Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Deliver approximately 6 to 8 hours of direct clinical supervision to associate therapists on a weekly basis.
β’ Engage in roughly 3 to 4 hours of chart review and documentation each week.
β’ Manage a caseload of around 10 client sessions per week.
β’ Take part in the hiring process for associates by conducting interviews as necessary.
β’ Ensure that documentation and clinical care adhere to ethical and quality standards.
β’ Collaborate with the clinical leadership team as required.
β’ Must possess a valid California license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in therapeutic settings is required.
β’ Experience in supervising or mentoring associate clinicians is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities are essential.
β’ A strong commitment to equity in mental health care and fostering clinician development.
β’ Ongoing case consultation and collaboration with senior leadership.
β’ A structured onboarding process.
