Clinical Supervisor – Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver approximately 6 to 8 hours of direct clinical supervision to associate therapists on a weekly basis.

• Engage in roughly 3 to 4 hours of chart review and documentation each week.

• Manage a caseload of around 10 client sessions per week.

• Take part in the hiring process for associates by conducting interviews as necessary.

• Ensure that documentation and clinical care adhere to ethical and quality standards.

• Collaborate with the clinical leadership team as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid California license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in therapeutic settings is required.

• Experience in supervising or mentoring associate clinicians is preferred.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities are essential.

• A strong commitment to equity in mental health care and fostering clinician development.
