This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide training on products and disease-specific programs to both internal users and external customers, along with expertise in care milestones.

• Assist hospital clients with the onboarding process and the launch of Rapid mobile applications, web apps, Insights, and new products.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing product support.

• Create and develop comprehensive workflows tailored for disease-specific content.

• Keep abreast of AHA guidelines, industry standards, and emerging trends in disease-specific workflows.

• Analyze hospital usage patterns, mobile adoption rates, and workflow data to pinpoint issues and opportunities for optimization.

• Investigate customer adoption challenges and competency gaps, then design targeted interventions.

• Leverage data analytics for territory evaluation and prepare Quarterly Business Reviews for presentation.

• Craft success stories and testimonials from clients.

• Work alongside sales teams on contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.

• Engage in cross-functional Clinical Success projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in disease-specific leadership or customer success within a hospital setting.

• Preferred experience in neurovascular leadership, ideally as a stroke program coordinator or manager.

• At least 5 years of experience in disease-specific acute clinical care, including leadership roles in Stroke, PE, STEMI, or emergency departments.

• Previous clinical experience in medical devices or SaaS is advantageous.

• Advanced disease-specific certifications such as SCRN or CCRN are highly preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Capability to aggregate and analyze data effectively for decision-making and presentations.

• Excellent customer-facing and presentation abilities.

• Competence in managing ambiguity and juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Adaptability to evolving work environments.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.

• Detail-oriented, hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Openness to utilizing new tools and technologies.

• Must reside in MN, IA, CO, NM, NE, KS, AR, North Dakota, or South Dakota.

• Willingness to travel at least 25% within the assigned territory.

• Competitive salary range of $110,000–$125,000 per year.
