Clinical Specialist, Orbital Atherectomy – Imaging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Educate customers, specifically cardiologists and staff in cardiac catheterization labs, on intricate medical products.

• Train, certify, and document the usage of the Diamondback atherectomy system and the Ultreon OCT imaging system.

• Provide on-site assistance during hospital procedures.

• Organize continuing education events and product-related initiatives.

• Address complaints effectively.

• Report on training activities, projects, and market trends.

• Operate across the DACH region within Abbott Medical GmbH's Vascular division.

• Work remotely from a home office, with on-site tasks and frequent travel.


⛳️ Requirements

• Nursing qualification, medical technical assistant (MTA) qualification, or similar training.

• Experience with medical technology products in a hospital environment, preferably in a cardiac catheterization lab or interventional radiology.

• Capability to convey challenging and intricate concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

• Exceptional communication skills coupled with a strong customer-oriented approach.

• Experience in planning and executing continuing education events.

• Strong presentation abilities.

• Familiarity with the design and interpretation of clinical studies is a plus.

• Proficient IT skills.

• Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.

• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time.
