This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Organize both in-person and virtual therapy sessions following established procedures and clinical/client standards.
• Oversee client cases to address presenting issues through comprehensive case management.
• Supervise affiliate counselors, offering constructive feedback, support, and guidance.
• Recognize the needs of affiliates and assist with the affiliation process as necessary.
• Enforce client-specific policies and procedures, including those related to substance abuse, occupational health, and incapacity management.
• Handle clinical risk by coordinating with emergency contacts, hospitals, referrers, and other external parties.
• Facilitate Exec|Care sessions and provide telephone counseling as needed.
• Assess service levels and perform impact evaluations.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys for all in-person cases.
• Keep precise computer records of services and communications.
• Provide weekly reports on customer satisfaction, impact surveys, and case management metrics.
• Deliver timely feedback to account managers, team leaders, management, and client companies.
• Participate in meetings, supervision, and staff support groups.
• Carry out other relevant tasks as assigned by the Manager.
• Fully qualified and registered social worker holding at least an Honours degree in Social Work, OR a fully qualified and registered Counselling/Clinical psychologist, OR a Registered Counsellor.
• Membership with the relevant professional body.
• BA (Honours) (BPsych) with HPCSA registration, or MA (Clinical/Counselling Psychology) with HPCSA registration, or BA (Social Work) with SACSSP registration.
• Preferred relevant experience in counseling individuals at risk, child abuse, workplace hazards, GBV, and high-profile clients.
• Multilingualism, including proficiency in English, is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards in documentation and record-keeping.
• Strong ability to follow through, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and structure workflows.
• Capability to manage multiple cases at the same time.
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical integrity.
• Proficient administrative skills and commercial awareness within corporate mental health settings.
• Confidence in engaging with senior executives and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively while also making independent decisions.
