This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Present scientific data, educational initiatives, and training programs to advocate for optimal clinical practices at key institutions.
• Provide continuing education and technical assistance for the adoption and growth of Solventum solutions in Advanced Wound Treatment and the prevention of surgical site infections.
• Assist with clinical and economic evaluations utilizing Health Economics tools.
• Mentor and oversee healthcare professionals in the application of Solventum therapies and technologies, with a focus on Negative Pressure Wound Therapy.
• Collaborate on the creation and execution of evidence-based care protocols.
• Deliver technical training sessions to internal teams and strategic partners.
• Work in partnership with the sales, marketing, and market access teams.
• Primarily operate in the field, visiting hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout the city and across the state of São Paulo.
• Operate a company vehicle, subject to pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record evaluations.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Clinical experience in hospital environments, ideally within a wound care committee, medical-surgical unit, intensive care, outpatient wound clinic, ostomy care, or skin care.
• Proven experience in delivering training, courses, presentations, or educational programs for healthcare professionals.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH).
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for reading scientific literature.
• Legally eligible to work in Brazil without the need for employer sponsorship for a work visa.
• Postgraduate degree in Ostomy Care, Dermatology, or a related field (preferred qualification).
• Familiarity with and experience in Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) (preferred qualification).
• Background in care quality indicators, hospital quality, risk management, and accreditation processes (preferred qualification).
• Experience as a clinical consultant or specialist in the medical device or healthcare sector (preferred qualification).
• Knowledge of guidelines, consensus statements, and protocols concerning the prevention and treatment of skin injuries and complex wounds (preferred qualification).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking abilities (preferred qualification).
• Consultative mindset, capable of influencing and driving changes in clinical practice (preferred qualification).
