Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver education, telephone support, and training for Therakos products, both onsite in the field and remotely.

• Collect and report competitor information from the field.

• Address therapeutic inquiries regarding medical devices from Health Care Providers (HCPs).

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Clinical Specialists, Technical Service, Medical, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Legal, and commercial teams.

• Participate in Pharmacovigilance activities, including the capture of adverse events (AEs) complaints.

• Assist in the creation of tools and resources for training and educational programs.

• Support clinical research, trial site initiations, and the development of clinical research papers.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal projects and provide support during Congress events.

• Record customer interactions and activities, manage expenses, and achieve objectives.

• Ensure complete adherence to company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and relevant laws.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license and an active professional license (e.g., Registered Nurse (RN)).

• Exhibit strong scientific and clinical knowledge.

• Ability to build robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities along with solid business acumen.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with both the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

• Preference for candidates based in the following states within the territory: CO, NM, TX, KS, OK, AR, LA.

• Ideally, 3 years of clinical experience, particularly in apheresis or dialysis.

• Preferably 2 years of experience in clinical education and training or management roles.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Bachelor of Science (BS) is required.
