This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with physicians and staff at designated clinical sites
• Offer continuous education and clinical expertise regarding the company's products
• Convey clinical knowledge of products, their applications, usage instructions, and procedural techniques
• Deliver technical and educational training to physicians and staff
• Provide assistance during cases, including support in operating rooms and procedures
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to relay product, clinical, and market information
• Assist with troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products
• Conduct patient follow-ups to ensure customer and patient success with implanted products
• Build and sustain business relationships with hospital personnel
• Visit customers and patients in hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers
• Support sales representatives in identifying new sales opportunities and establishing physician and hospital accounts
• Provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, patient care, installation, and maintenance of company products
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting
• At least 3 years of experience with implantable medical devices
• Experience in operating rooms
• Capability to provide clinical support, troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up
• Proficient in educating physicians and hospital staff on product usage
• Skilled in developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, and clinical sites
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities accurately and efficiently
• Flexibility to adapt strategies to new opportunities, challenges, and unexpected circumstances
• Willingness to travel to hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers
