Transcription Specialist – Arabic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate audio files and enhance transcripts to guarantee high-quality data that supports advanced language models.

• Accurately transcribe audio recordings into text.

• Document speech as articulated, incorporating pauses, filler words, repetitions, and unfinished sentences.

• Append timestamps to align with the audio.

• Recognize and identify different speakers in dialogues.

• Annotate non-speech occurrences such as laughter, background sounds, or unclear audio segments.

• Maintain high standards for transcription quality.

• Complete task units in accordance with required quality benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of and familiarity with Arabic spelling conventions.

• Must be fluent in the Egyptian dialect, though location is flexible.

• Good reading comprehension skills in English are essential.

• Reliable internet connection required.

• Exceptional attention to detail is necessary.

• Capability to review examples and apply established rules to the provided data.

• Previous experience in transcription is preferred.

• Prior experience with audio data is beneficial.
