Mobile Nurse – Healthcare Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Perform venous blood draws during workplace health screenings.

• Offer friendly assistance and guidance to participants throughout the screening procedure.

• Clearly and succinctly explain the measurements conducted and health metrics collected, adhering to the legally permitted scope of practice.

• Assist with additional screening stations, including blood pressure assessments, body composition analyses, and pulmonary function evaluations.

• Maintain a hygienic, professional, and well-organized process on-site.

• Prepare the work area and necessary materials, and follow up as needed.

• Collaborate with the HealthCaters team and other healthcare professionals during events.

• Record relevant procedures in compliance with internal quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident in Germany.

• Nursing qualification or professional license recognized in Germany.

• Completed and recognized vocational training or degree in nursing, such as Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Registered Nurse, or a similar qualification.

• Alternatively, possess a recognized qualification as a Heilpraktiker or healthcare professional, provided you are legally permitted in the relevant country to perform venous blood draws.

• Practical experience in safely executing venous blood draws.

• Must have a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

• Enjoy engaging with individuals from various backgrounds.

• Ability to work independently, reliably, and with attention to detail.

• Strong focus on hygiene, quality, and data protection.

• Willingness to travel for single-day or multi-day assignments at company sites.

• Class B driver's license is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficient in the relevant local language.

• Good command of English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Experience with health screenings, preventive care, occupational medicine, or workplace health events is beneficial.

• No visa, relocation, or professional recognition support is available.
