This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop intricate single-turn prompts within the hazardous devices and public safety sector.

• Classify prompts as benign, dual-use, or adversarial.

• Assess model responses based on a specific policy standard.

• Evaluate whether responses were managed appropriately.

• Create reference answers and articulate the technical reasoning that supports them.

• Conduct red-team exercises on advanced AI models to evaluate potential misuse.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a certified bomb technician or hazardous device operator, military EOD with public safety training or instructional experience, bomb squad commander or training officer, post-blast investigator/device reconstruction specialist, or CBRNE technical response expert.

• Proficient in evaluating actual hazardous devices, especially in the render-safe and post-incident context.

• Capability to differentiate between standard professional inquiries and potentially harmful requests.

• Excellent writing skills with the ability to provide written justifications that are accessible to non-experts.

• Previous experience in technical writing, published research, or serving as an expert witness is highly regarded.

• Must refrain from using classified or export-controlled information, NDA-protected data, or information subject to prepublication review requirements.

• Required to disclose any such obligations to ensure appropriate project scope.
