Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and clinical personnel at designated locations

• Deliver continuous education and clinical knowledge regarding company offerings

• Showcase products and provide technical as well as educational training to medical staff and physicians

• Offer case assistance, including support during procedures and in operating rooms

• Relay product, clinical, and market insights to sales, marketing, and R&D teams

• Troubleshoot, program, and conduct patient follow-ups for company products

• Perform patient follow-ups to ensure client and patient success with implanted products

• Cultivate and sustain business relationships with hospital staff

• Visit customers and patients across hospitals, clinics, operating rooms, and surgical centers

• Develop territory strategies and collaborate with peers in clinical education and field engineering

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience

• Over 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting

• More than 3 years of experience with implantable medical devices

• Experience in operating room environments

• Comprehensive understanding of company products, their clinical applications, usage instructions, and procedural techniques

• Capability to deliver technical and educational training to medical staff and physicians

• Proficiency in troubleshooting, programming, and conducting patient follow-ups for implanted products

• Aptitude for managing multiple tasks and responsibilities accurately and efficiently

• Flexibility to adjust strategies to accommodate new opportunities, challenges, and unforeseen developments
