This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians, staff, and hospital personnel at designated clinical sites.
• Assist sales representatives in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and accounts with physician and hospital clients.
• Deliver technical expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and oversee patient care, installation, and maintenance of company products.
• Offer continuous education and clinical insight regarding the utilization of company products, clinical applications, usage instructions, and procedural techniques.
• Train physicians and staff on the effective use of company products.
• Provide case support, including assistance in operating rooms and during procedures.
• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to convey product, clinical, and market insights and facilitate product enhancements.
• Act as the main clinical support resource for troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up.
• Conduct patient follow-up to ensure customer and patient satisfaction with implanted products.
• Visit customers and patients at hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers.
• Develop territory strategies and coordinate with regionally focused colleagues in clinical education and field engineering.
• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with implantable medical devices.
• Experience in an operating room environment.
• Strong clinical knowledge of company products, clinical applications, usage instructions, and procedural techniques.
• Proficiency in providing technical and educational training to physicians and staff.
• Capability to troubleshoot, program, and support patient follow-up for implanted products.
• Skill in developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, and clinical sites.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
• Flexibility to adapt strategies to new opportunities, challenges, and unforeseen developments.
