Clinical Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the VP of Customer Success.

• Oversee intricate client implementations, which involve analyzing customer use cases, identifying product solutions, defining success metrics, and supporting clinical workflows and implementation strategies.

• Cultivate client relationships to ensure that implementations align with customer needs and the capabilities of BioIntelliSense.

• Provide training and education to customers regarding BioIntelliSense product offerings and their value proposition.

• Deliver ongoing clinical support and facilitate improvements and optimizations post-implementation.

• Collaborate with the sales/business development, product, data science, customer care, and operations teams.

• Offer clinical expertise to enhance the comprehensive BioIntelliSense solution.

• Gather market feedback to influence feature requests and enhancements to the product roadmap.

• Work alongside customers during the sales process to identify their needs and craft value propositions and business cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an RN qualification is mandatory. Other clinical degrees or certifications such as RT will be considered.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a healthcare clinical or hospital environment.

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical consulting role with a healthcare organization.

• Experience in remote patient monitoring or telehealth is preferred.

• Proven organizational, time management, and project management abilities.

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills in both pre-sales and post-sales contexts.

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, managers, clinicians/practitioners, and executives regarding product, clinical expectations, technical integration, and business processes.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the capability to independently create documents.

• Ability to manage projects and complete them within designated timelines.

• General travel expectations are 40-50% travel; certain periods may require over 50% travel.

• Must be willing and able to travel up to 40-50%+ as necessary.
