This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Take ownership of the cadence and accountability framework for NAPA client relationships.
β’ Monitor and document client engagement activities, such as executive meetings, administrator check-ins, and joint reviews.
β’ Ensure accurate CRM records and identify risks related to client dissatisfaction or engagement issues.
β’ Create materials and briefings for discussions with executives.
β’ Act as the primary point of resolution for operational challenges, including staffing shortages, payroll and scheduling discrepancies, credentialing coordination, and compliance escalations.
β’ Foster accountability across RCM, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Quality shared services.
β’ Advocate for clinicians while collaborating on recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, engagement, and retention efforts.
β’ Engage in candidate interviews and offer premium onboarding support.
β’ Track premium pay factors, vacancy patterns, and reliance on locums.
β’ Provide operational and relational capacity support to Regional Vice Presidents.
β’ Prepare briefing materials, financial summaries, and preparations for client meetings.
β’ Participate in FORC preparation, monthly financial assessments, and regional initiatives.
β’ Identify expansion opportunities within assigned client accounts, including cross-credentialing and new service offerings.
β’ Keep an eye on competitive dynamics to highlight threats and opportunities.
β’ Support multiple markets as designated by strategic priority, ensuring meaningful interactions with clients and clinicians.
β’ Assume full P&L responsibility for the designated market.
β’ Collaborate with clinical, operational, and centralized service delivery leadership to achieve desired outcomes.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is required.
β’ An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
β’ Over 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical services administration.
β’ Proven experience in managing complex client relationships and achieving measurable retention or satisfaction outcomes.
β’ Strong financial acumen; ability to analyze site-level P&Ls, recognize performance variances, and communicate financial risks effectively.
β’ Experience in coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding processes within a multi-site healthcare setting.
β’ Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to build trust with clinicians, hospital administrators, and executive stakeholders.
β’ Willingness and capability to travel frequently; expected travel is 30β50% based on market portfolio.
β’ Preferred: practical experience with clinical operations systems, including scheduling platforms (Qgenda preferred), practice management tools (iPro preferred), and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
β’ Experience in supporting or leading new site implementations within a healthcare services context.
β’ Familiarity with various types of client contractual agreements.
