
Clinical Sales Specialist – Vascular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Conduct pre-sale and post-sale initiatives to enhance customer relationships and facilitate successful product adoption.
• Provide training for both internal and external customers on the proper utilization of Vascular products in accordance with IFUs, policies, procedures, evidence-based guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Deliver clinical training during procedural applications, post-placement care, and extended product usage.
• Work in collaboration with healthcare providers and their teams to set objectives and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Clinical & Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional teams.
• Cultivate and sustain expertise in Vascular Access products, medical literature, accepted practices, societal guidelines, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Identify targets and prioritize opportunities in coordination with sales/clinical representatives, management, and executive leadership.
• Promote product utilization by broadening the customer base through networking and follow-up initiatives.
• Tailor customer evaluation and implementation strategies to meet specific needs.
• Provide clinical training across regions, zones, and at the national level as required.
• Identify clinical champions and endorsements for the Vascular product portfolio.
• Utilize the CRM platform to monitor performance objectives and strategic business initiatives.
• Offer feedback on product launches, tools, competitive insights, post-market surveillance, and promotional and clinical training programs.
• Engage in educational and scientific congresses and promotional activities at exhibitions.
• Train new field and company personnel on Vascular Access products.
• Maintain professional licensure and credentials where applicable.
• Relay field activities and account details to sales/clinical representatives, management, and executive leadership.
• Complete necessary documentation, special projects, expense reports, materials, and administrative duties.
• Adhere to Teleflex’s Code of Ethics, Core Values, company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Healthcare Provider with at least 5 years of patient care experience in critical care and/or vascular access specialty.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must own and operate a motor vehicle with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to carry a detail bag weighing up to 20 lbs.
• Capability to lift equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand or walk in hospitals or during meetings for approximately 8–12 hours per day, up to five days a week.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Medical Device Industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a business setting.
• Background in Professional Development, including curriculum development.
• Advanced Certification in Vascular Access and/or Critical Care, such as CRNI, VA-BC, CCRN, or CEN.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Membership in professional affiliations and associations such as APIC, INS, AVA, ENA, or AACN.
• Must be goal-oriented and results-driven.
