This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Provide extensive product training and clinical assistance.
• Foster sales growth within a designated geographic area.
• Facilitate on-site training for dental practice clients and prospective clients regarding intraoral scanning and dental lab technologies.
• Assist customers in utilizing DDS Lab for their laboratory operations.
• Showcase the advantages of DDS Lab services and advocate for products to enhance utilization.
• Discover new DSO opportunities and expand existing DSO accounts with the guidance of Clinical Office Specialists leadership.
• Follow up on educational and sales requirements via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Build professional relationships with dental assistants, office managers, dentists, and key stakeholders.
• Submit weekly client activity and call reports to the Director of Clinical Office Specialists.
• Achieve or surpass sales objectives and initiatives within the assigned territory.
• Conduct product training sessions at client sites, including Lunch-and-Learns, evening programs, regional meetings, and DSO annual gatherings.
• Prepare a monthly training forecast for the territory.
• Document training activities and client contact details in HubSpot.
• Utilize appropriate PPE and adhere to infection-control and sterilization protocols.
• Remain updated on dental industry trends, product innovations, and best practices.
• Engage in sales meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Understanding of intraoral digital technology and implants.
• Strong capability and comfort level in observing and advising on dental implant procedures and intraoral digital technology usage.
• Proficient in presenting information, communicating, and responding to inquiries effectively and convincingly.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional documents in English.
• Skilled in writing reports and business correspondence.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Capacity to multitask, exercise personal judgment, and make decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Prior dental experience in a lab or dental office is required.
• High level of technical and material knowledge regarding dental products.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in dental or medical devices, or in-office clinical experience as an RDA or RDH.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree in dental technology, dental hygiene, or a related field is preferred.
• Reliable vehicle for company travel.
• Valid driver's license with no significant violations or points.
• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 80%, to client locations.
• Flexibility to work varying hours as needed.
• Proper reimbursement for company travel using a reliable personal vehicle.
