This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Propel new sales across the acute care continuum to healthcare providers through a solutions-oriented sales approach.
• Articulate product applications and advantages while creating needs-based sales opportunities utilizing internal resources and tools.
• Engage in negotiations with decision-makers within customer organizations to finalize sales.
• Collaborate with clinical specialists and local Baxter representatives to boost sales and ensure ongoing customer support.
• Oversee the installation of new products, deliver basic training, and follow up on customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate customer relationships to maintain the existing client base and drive new sales growth.
• Enhance Baxter's connections across hospital networks and departments to sustain and increase account presence.
• Offer strategic leadership and expertise for healthcare system and IDN opportunities, including pricing strategies and contracting.
• Coordinate customer support with the clinical specialist team regarding clinical applications, technical product usage, and patient outcomes.
• Represent Baxter's Respiratory Health product range within hospital environments, promoting the Volara System, Vest 205, and Synclara System.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven success as a top-tier sales performer in the medical device or healthcare sector is preferred.
• Registration as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is mandatory.
• Strong analytical abilities for overseeing sales activities, formulating sales strategies, comprehending local market and competitive trends, and evaluating sales agreements.
• Robust business acumen for engaging with senior-level healthcare administrative personnel within healthcare systems/IDNs, structuring sales arrangements, negotiating contracts/pricing, and influencing final decision-makers.
• Documented experience and success with complex, multi-departmental transactions involving clinical, executive, and financial decision-makers.
• Excellent internal networking capabilities to align key stakeholders and facilitate customer value delivery.
• Willingness to travel variably (75%), including overnight stays (60-75%).
• Must possess authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; Baxter is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment visa.
