
Clinical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Create and implement quarterly business strategies aimed at meeting procedure and disposable sales revenue objectives within the designated territory.
• Enhance the utilization of Ottava and grow the Ottava user base among qualified accounts.
• Maintain a comprehensive and regularly updated strategic business plan for the territory.
• Consistently present sales projections to sales management.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Territory Managers to optimize sales of Auris Health capital systems and procedures.
• Conduct technical and clinical product demonstrations to support sales efforts and adoption.
• Carry out referral education initiatives to boost procedure sales.
• Implement post-sales installation, implementation, and adoption processes in coordination with sales and service teams.
• Assist new customers in the clinical adoption of Ottava Surgical Robotics technologies.
• Support customers in achieving their clinical and economic objectives while enhancing satisfaction and utilization.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of Ottava products, industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive strategies.
• Provide education to physicians and staff regarding product usage.
• Attend live patient cases in hospital and ASC environments as needed.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Medical Device, Healthcare, and/or Business-to-Business sales.
• Preferred experience in an operating room and/or with robotics.
• Capacity to learn and effectively communicate technical product and clinical disease-state knowledge to physicians and economic decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%, including overnight stays within the assigned territory.
• Capability to operate in a hospital or ASC setting and attend live patient cases as required.
• Ability to wear necessary protective equipment, such as lead aprons and masks.
• A personal vehicle and a valid Driver’s License are mandatory.
• A self-motivated individual who excels in autonomous roles and can critically solve problems in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix team environment and accept constructive feedback.
• Competence in articulating customer needs and feedback to the organization.
• Strong organizational skills along with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/tasks.
• Proficiency in maintaining regular communication with sales management and the wider organization.
• Ability to work within a regulated environment in compliance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.
• Base salary of $150,000.
