Clinical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Engage in clinical sales to enhance the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System in the North Philadelphia, PA territory.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy that boosts robot usage.

• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, operating room integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.

• Act as a resource for da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical specialties.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that foster system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.

• Create a tailored da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to facilitate independent system usage.

• Broaden the user base by engaging with key opinion leaders.

• Promote sales of instruments and accessories.

• Support the development of new team members to become effective clinical sales professionals.

• Oversee administrative duties, sales activities, and expense reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in or be open to relocating to the North Philadelphia, PA region.

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare sales.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Familiarity with the operating room environment is preferred.

• A demonstrated track record of success.

• Strong ambition and an outstanding work ethic.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Proof of current vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19, may be necessary.

• Total target compensation of $233,244 for Region 1.

• Total target compensation of $223,200 for Region 2.

• Compensation package includes base pay, commission, benefits, and equity.
