Clinical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Conduct clinical sales to enhance the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System within the Detroit territory.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy that promotes robot usage.

• Oversee surgical teams through training sessions, operating room integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.

• Act as a resource for da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical specialties.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events aimed at increasing system awareness and procedure adoption.

• Create a tailored da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable unsupervised use of the system.

• Propel ongoing expansion of the user base by engaging with key opinion leaders.

• Drive sales of instruments and accessories.

• Handle administrative responsibilities, sales activities, and submission of expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in or be willing to move to the Detroit, MI area.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• Demonstrated history of success.

• High ambition and an outstanding work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• May need to present current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19.

• Subject to U.S. export-control licensing or a Technology Control Plan.

• Total target compensation of $233,244 USD for Region 1.

• Total target compensation of $223,200 USD for Region 2.
