Clinical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create a sales strategy customized for the local market in collaboration with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager.

• Attain expertise in da Vinci Surgery concerning primary operating room procedures.

• Support the development of surgical teams.

• Collaborate with senior hospital personnel and key surgeons to implement the da Vinci system at new client locations.

• Formulate a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team.

• Promote the utilization of the da Vinci System by partnering with surgical teams.

• Broaden the user base by establishing a qualified lead funnel with hospital staff and thought leaders.

• Conduct formal presentations, informal gatherings, and events.

• Transform high-potential leads and facilitate training initiatives.

• Propel sales of instruments and accessories through product launches and solution selling.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, including sales/procedure documentation and expense reports.

• Guide surgical teams through training on system operations, operating room integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.

• Offer advice and insights regarding the usage of the da Vinci Surgical System.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of sales experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales is necessary.

• Demonstrated success in sales, achievement, and leadership is essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills are required.

• Strong persuasive communication skills are a must.

• Experience in introducing new technologies to the market is advantageous.

• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.
