Clinical Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and build the clinical field sales team within the designated region.

• Oversee and guide the launches and utilization of the ION System program.

• Manage installations, training, and growth in utilization within the assigned area.

• Recruit, train, and nurture the ESR/ETA clinical team.

• Increase ION procedure usage among existing accounts.

• Administer training and education within the established base.

• Foster KOL development throughout the region.

• Provide the clinical sales team with updates and information on new products.

• Collaborate with training and marketing departments to execute strategies and programs set forth by senior management.

• Report to the Endoluminal Program Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A demonstrated history in ION® sales or over 5 years of clinical sales management experience is necessary.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Operating Room/Endoscopy Environment.

• Proven experience in selling medical capital equipment.

• Prior experience managing and directing a salesforce in the medical device sector.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Completion of the ISI field sales management training course is required.

• Proficiency in interviewing skills.

• Candidates may need to provide current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19.
