This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Drive the growth of utilization and disposable revenue across designated accounts.
• Achieve and fulfill assigned territory or account-level sales objectives.
• Offer hands-on procedural assistance to guarantee outstanding clinical results and an excellent customer experience.
• Conduct training for physicians and staff to expedite the pathway to proficiency and enhance case volume.
• Identify and promote expansion possibilities within current accounts.
• Keep precise forecasts of the procedure pipeline and growth prospects.
• Perform structured account evaluations and monitor performance against revenue targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Capital Sales, Marketing, and Medical Education to facilitate program growth.
• Cultivate clinical advocates who can influence wider hospital stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for revenue goals for assigned accounts or sub-territories.
• Work with increasing autonomy while adhering to the territory strategy established with the manager.
• Implement adoption acceleration and growth within established programs.
• Maintain a strong field presence for 4–5 days each week.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a clinical, sales support, or healthcare-related role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of managing and forecasting procedure and disposable pipelines using a CRM.
• Comfortable working within hospital settings and supporting live procedures.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a driver's record check.
• Preferred: experience in selling highly technical, disruptive medical technologies.
• Preferred: experience with pulmonary, thoracic oncology, radiology, and endoscopy procedures and call points.
• Preferred: experience in differentiating a technical product in a competitive environment.
• Preferred: exposure to program launches or training initiatives.
• Preferred: experience in early-stage/startup commercial environments.
• Preferred: proficiency with CRM and data tracking systems.
