Clinical Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Execute the clinical sales strategy to enhance the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System.

• Establish expertise in da Vinci® Surgery across key indications within the region.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing development initiatives.

• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team.

• Collaborate with surgical teams to evaluate and select suitable cases.

• Broaden the user base by engaging hospital staff and influential surgeon thought leaders.

• Guide surgical teams during training sessions.

• Offer case support and direction on the use of the da Vinci® Surgical System.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, sales and procedure reporting, activity outcomes, and expense documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• At least two years of experience in support and training within the medical device industry or a minimum of two years of prior sales experience in healthcare.

• Demonstrated success in sales support or a proven track record in Sales.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in English and the local language as required.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% and/or be present in the field, based on business needs.

• Proven capacity to work effectively as part of a team.

• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.
