This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Execute the clinical sales strategy established by the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to enhance the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Develop expertise in da Vinci Surgery across key indications for the region and assist in the growth of surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.
• Assist with regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that promote system recognition and the adoption of procedures.
• Create an individualized da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team, enabling them to operate the system independently within a suitable timeframe.
• Enhance utilization by evaluating and selecting suitable cases with surgical teams and ensuring consistent usage of the system.
• Broaden the user base by collaborating with hospital personnel and surgeon thought leaders to establish a qualified lead funnel.
• Guide surgical teams through training sessions focused on system operations, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.
• Offer case support, guidance, and insights to surgical teams utilizing the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Oversee administrative responsibilities, including sales/procedure reporting, tracking sales activity outcomes, managing expense reports, and related submissions.
• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany following appropriate training.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in support and training within the medical device industry or at least two years of prior sales experience in healthcare is necessary.
• Demonstrated success in sales support or a proven track record in Sales.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Fluency in both English and German is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and/or be present in the field, based on business requirements.
• Proven capability to work efficiently as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.
• After appropriate training, serve as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany, in compliance with legal requirements.
• Flexible remote work arrangement; employees typically work remotely and are required to come onsite when requested by their leader.
• Up to 70% travel and/or presence in the field, depending on business needs.
