Clinical Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Execute the clinical sales strategy to enhance the usage of the da Vinci® Surgical System.

• Become an expert in da Vinci® Surgery for the key indications relevant to the region.

• Assist with regional Sales and Marketing initiatives and events.

• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery strategy for each surgical team.

• Collaborate with surgical teams to evaluate and select suitable cases, ensuring consistent utilization of the system.

• Broaden the user base by establishing a qualified lead pipeline with hospital personnel and surgeon influencers.

• Guide surgical teams through training on system functionalities, operating room integration, and da Vinci® Surgery applications.

• Offer case support and expert advice to surgical teams.

• Oversee administrative duties, including sales and procedure reporting, activity outcomes, and expense documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• At least two years of experience in support and training within the medical device sector, or a minimum of two years of prior sales experience in healthcare.

• Proven track record in sales support or direct sales success.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in English and the local language as necessary.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% and/or be present in the field, based on business requirements.

• Demonstrated capability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Familiarity with the Operating Room setting is preferred.
