This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Execute the clinical sales strategy established by the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to enhance the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Attain expertise in da Vinci Surgery across key indications for the region and assist in the development of surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.
• Facilitate regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that promote awareness of the system and encourage procedure adoption.
• Create a tailored da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure independent system utilization within an appropriate timeframe.
• Promote system utilization by collaborating with surgical teams to review and select suitable cases, ensuring consistent application.
• Broaden the user base by partnering with hospital personnel and surgeon thought leaders to establish a qualified lead funnel.
• Guide surgical teams through training sessions focused on system operations, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.
• Provide case support, insights, and guidance to surgical teams utilizing the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Oversee administrative responsibilities, including sales and procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, and expense reporting.
• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany after receiving appropriate training, offering guidance and support for the correct handling of Intuitive medical devices.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in support and training within the medical device industry, or at least two years of prior sales experience in healthcare.
• Demonstrated successful experience in sales support or direct sales roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and German is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and/or be present in the field, based on business needs.
• Proven capability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.
• After receiving appropriate training, act as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany, in accordance with legal requirements.
• Option for remote work; employees are expected to come onsite when requested by leadership.
• Full-time employment.
• Up to 70% travel and/or presence in the field, depending on business needs.
