This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Execute the clinical sales strategy established by the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to enhance the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Attain expertise in da Vinci Surgery across key indications for the region and assist in developing surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that foster awareness of the system and encourage procedure adoption.
• Create a tailored da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to facilitate independent system operation within a suitable timeframe.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to evaluate and select suitable cases while ensuring consistent use of the da Vinci system.
• Increase the user base by engaging with hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders to cultivate a qualified lead pipeline.
• Guide surgical teams through training on system functionalities, OR integration, and applications of da Vinci Surgery.
• Offer case support, direction, and insights regarding the use of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Oversee administrative tasks, including sales and procedure reporting, activity outcomes, and expense documentation.
• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany following appropriate training, offering guidance on the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in support and training within the medical device industry or at least two years of prior sales experience in healthcare.
• Proven experience in sales support or a successful background in sales.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both English and German is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%, depending on account distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.
• Must qualify as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany after appropriate training to comply with legal requirements.
• Remote work; employees will be required to come onsite at the request of the leader.
