Clinical Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Gabon.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy that enhances the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Conduct clinical sales of the da Vinci Surgical System within the Macon territory.

• Oversee surgical teams during training sessions, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.

• Act as a key resource for da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical specialties.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that promote system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.

• Create a tailored da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable unsupervised use of the system.

• Broaden the user base by collaborating with key opinion leaders.

• Propel sales of instruments and accessories.

• Handle administrative duties, sales activities, and expense report submissions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Macon, GA.

• A minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience is required; experience in the medical device sector is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A proven track record of success is preferred.

• Demonstrated ambition and a strong work ethic are preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are preferred.

• Proven capability to work effectively within a team is preferred.

• Candidates may be required to provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19.

• Candidates may be subject to U.S. export-control regulations, which may include obtaining an export license or executing a Technology Control Plan.
