Clinical Recruiter, Physicians

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead physician recruitment during a period of significant growth.

• Manage requisitions from the initial intake to the final offer stage.

• Execute cold outreach, conduct phone screenings, perform candidate check-ins, and synchronize with hiring managers.

• Identify candidates through outreach, job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and innovative channels.

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for physician positions.

• Conduct high-volume phone screenings to evaluate role compatibility, motivation, and essential clinical qualifications.

• Oversee candidate pipelines in Ashby, ensuring accurate tracking and prompt follow-up.

• Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and outreach efforts.

• Represent the employer brand effectively during outreach and candidate engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle clinical recruiting.

• Experience in physician recruitment is mandatory.

• Strong preference for experience in telehealth or virtual care recruiting.

• Demonstrated sourcing skills in building physician pipelines.

• Comfort and enthusiasm for handling high call volumes.

• Ability to excel in low-structure, rapidly changing environments.

• Experience with Ashby is a plus.

• Recruiting experience with Nurse Practitioners or other licensed providers is advantageous.
