This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with physicians, establishing Sound Physicians as the preferred practice or multi-specialty group.
• Identify and evaluate physician candidates for the expanding Emergency Medicine specialty.
• Offer consultative support to physicians and the practices and clients of Sound Physicians during the recruitment process.
• Attract candidates through cold calling, online postings, trade shows, and referrals.
• Engage potential physician candidates by phone regarding opportunities with Sound Physicians.
• Assess candidates for alignment with Sound Physicians’ core values.
• Manage the referencing process to ensure compatibility with the Emergency Medicine team.
• Organize on-site interview arrangements, including itineraries, travel details, and property tours.
• Secure candidate acceptance by addressing concerns during contract negotiations.
• Foster relationships with regional leadership through regular status updates and seeking guidance.
• Create recruitment activity reports as needed.
• Oversee projects and formulate recruitment strategies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in physician recruitment or comparable physician sales/healthcare experience, including at least 1 year in Emergency Medicine recruiting.
• Proven success in filling searches and/or closing deals.
• Capability to develop and sustain mutually respectful relationships with physicians.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong grammar and composition abilities.
• Capacity to manage a significant workload within deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in independently understanding, following, and executing complex instructions.
• Flexibility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
• Ability to establish credibility with physicians, colleagues, and clients.
