This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and recruit anesthesia professionals through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment strategies.
• Evaluate candidates by reviewing CVs and conducting phone interviews.
• Create and implement marketing and branding strategies.
• Negotiate contract details with the Clinical Recruitment Manager and candidates, which includes compensation, benefits, and work schedules.
• Manage contract modifications and address any issues or discrepancies related to contracts.
• Serve as an advocate and intermediary between clients and candidates.
• Organize interviews for candidates with healthcare facilities.
• Oversee the placement process from the initial contact to job offer negotiations.
• Support candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring that all paperwork and credentials are completed in a timely manner.
• Keep abreast of trends in the anesthesia staffing industry, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Analyze market data to uncover business development and growth potential.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Maintain precise records of candidates.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports for the Operations and Clinical Leadership Teams.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Previous clinical recruiting experience, preferably within the anesthesia specialty, is essential.
• Strong understanding of anesthesia practices, procedures, and terminology is required.
• Proven capability to work independently and manage several priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases (CRM), and other recruitment tools is needed.
• Experience with Bullhorn, Doc Café, and sourcing via social media is advantageous.
• A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism is expected.
