Clinical Recruiter – Anesthesia OnCall

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage qualified candidates for healthcare roles while overseeing the complete recruitment cycle.

• Source anesthesia professionals through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting avenues.

• Conduct candidate screenings via CV evaluations and phone interviews.

• Design and implement marketing and branding strategies.

• Work in collaboration with the Clinical Recruitment Manager and candidates to negotiate contract terms.

• Act as a liaison between clients and candidates to facilitate contract amendments and resolve any related issues.

• Arrange interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities.

• Assist candidates with onboarding processes, paperwork, and credentialing completion.

• Keep abreast of anesthesia staffing industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

• Analyze market data to uncover business development and growth opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Maintain precise candidate records.

• Support the creation and dissemination of reports for Operations and Clinical Leadership Teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.

• Prior experience in clinical recruiting, particularly within the anesthesia specialty, is advantageous.

• Comprehensive knowledge of anesthesia practices, procedures, and terminology is essential.

• Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) databases, and other recruitment tools.

• Experience with Bullhorn, Doc Café, and social media sourcing is highly desirable.

• A strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism is required.
