📋 Description

• Conduct clinical case evaluations on sepsis alerts by reviewing the encounter record, establishing the clinical timeline, assessing whether the alert functioned as intended, and generating an internal case review that includes cited evidence and a suggested next action.

• Develop and utilize knowledge regarding how the product generates, suppresses, and issues flags, incorporating EHR data that drives these functions.

• Analyze AI-assisted triage and classification processes, including the investigation and categorization of complaints, ticket creation, and draft acknowledgments, while rectifying unsupported outputs.

• Compose communications to clinicians and clinical informatics teams, ensuring patient privacy is maintained and avoiding providing clinical direction.

• Direct issues to data science, engineering, implementation, or clinical teams, while effectively managing tickets through to resolution.

• Dispatch closure communications and finalize resolved tickets.

• Handle a concurrent caseload in alignment with response commitments; monitor status, prioritize based on clinical and client risk, and maintain an updated queue.

• Detect recurring patterns such as mapping failures, interface latency, and suppression gaps; quantify frequency and escalate issues to the responsible teams.

• Design and enhance case review templates, evidence standards, response language, triage protocols, and escalation pathways.

• Document procedures to ensure that reviewers arrive at consistent conclusions based on the same information.

• Assist in the management of product complaints by documenting grievances and compiling clinical evidence.

• After training, contribute to the evaluation of potential anomalies in the regulated-device release process.
