This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Deliver personalized telehealth or on-site mental health support to clients of Intellect.

• Address a variety of clinical issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to enhance the platform and client programs.

• Assist employees in managing wellbeing, stress, and resilience.

• Partner with Intellect’s internal clinical team to enhance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offerings.

• Provide counseling and psychotherapy to help clients navigate, explore, and resolve personal, social, or psychological challenges.

• Recognize unproductive thought patterns and behaviors, equipping clients with more effective strategies for thinking, acting, and relating to others.

⛳️ Requirements

• Counsellor: A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counselling or Counselling Psychology, along with at least 300 hours of counseling experience post-qualification, including practicum, placement, or internship.

• Clinical Psychologist: A minimum of a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, with at least 300 hours of Clinical/Therapy experience post-qualification, including practicum, placement, or internship.

• Proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based methods (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).

• Must possess valid and active licenses relevant to the country of practice.

• A minimum of 300 clinical hours completed after obtaining a master’s degree.

• Fluent in English and the local language.

• Previous experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching in managerial roles.
