Clinical Provider – Counsellor, Clinical Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide individualized telehealth or onsite mental health support for clients of Intellect.

• Address a variety of clinical issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to enhance the platform and client programs.

• Offer counselling and psychotherapy to assist in guiding, exploring, and/or resolving personal, social, or psychological challenges.

• Equip clients with mental health tools and techniques while addressing moderately severe mental health experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• For Counsellors: A minimum of a Master's Degree in Counselling or Counselling Psychology, along with at least 300 hours of counselling experience post qualification, including practicum, placement, or internship.

• For Clinical Psychologists: A minimum of a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, with at least 300 hours of clinical or therapy experience post qualification, including practicum, placement, or internship.

• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based methodologies (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).

• Must possess valid and active licenses relevant to the country of practice.

• A minimum of 300 clinical hours completed after obtaining a master’s degree.

• Fluency in English and your local language (Hindi).

• Previous experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching in managerial positions.
