Clinical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee small clinical research initiatives that involve fewer than 5 countries and/or limited services under either direct or general supervision.

• Deliver project outputs in alignment with established quality standards, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.

• Act as the regional lead or co-manager for complex international projects and programs.

• Uphold and advocate for delivery and service principles while collaborating with PSI clients.

• Direct project teams effectively.

• Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to Lead CRAs, Senior CRAs, CRAs, PCAs, and SMAs.

• Engage in feasibility studies.

• Assist in business development efforts through proposals, client presentations, and bid defense meetings.

• Apply company standard practices and adhere to intradepartmental protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Equivalency necessitates a minimum of 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector and clinical research.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the clinical research industry.

• At least 2 years of recent experience in clinical research as a project manager or similar role.

• Experience in regional clinical project management, covering all project services from initiation to completion.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Gastroenterology, and/or Radiopharmaceuticals is advantageous.
