Clinical Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to enhance customer value and set Cardinal Health apart from its competitors.

• Offer clinical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales evaluations, training sessions, and ongoing support for customers.

• Improve territory profitability through outstanding customer service and support.

• Build strategic customer relationships acting as a business partner.

• Organize clinical training activities alongside the sales team for OR clinicians in Ontario.

• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Services to advance projects and integrate new business initiatives.

• Lead training and in-service programs.

• Create training and support materials.

• Collect and communicate market intelligence to internal Cardinal stakeholders.

• Provide training to internal Cardinal stakeholders as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• RN designation with at least 5 years of experience in the OR environment is preferred.

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in selling, clinical roles, and/or business within the Canadian healthcare market.

• Capability to align clinical practices and insights with products, combined with strong business acumen.

• Exceptional oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to utilize and adapt to technology systems for territory management.

• Robust project management skills.

• Capacity to work effectively both in a team setting and independently.

• Willingness to travel approximately 40% to customer sites.
