This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Provide clinical oversight and direction for sales support, client launches, marketing materials, and clinical education.
• Manage the onboarding process for new customers from kick-off through the transition to Customer Success.
• Understand the medical record requirements of customers and ensure that Operations Teams address them adequately.
• Train personnel on medical records tests, procedures, and terminology.
• Develop specialty-specific record templates, keywords, and record categories.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships with customer management, executive, and clinical teams.
• Evaluate customer workflows to determine the optimal fit for eHealth products.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on trends within the assigned market.
• Address critical situations between customers and eHealth effectively.
• Conduct ongoing training sessions and optimizations for customers.
• Configure and set up new customer accounts and update settings for existing clients.
• Provide clinical insights for the rollout of new products.
• Act as a clinical and product consultant for the Sales Team.
• Offer market insights and specialty content to the Director of Marketing.
• Contribute to new product development through Voice of Customer and User Group Discussions.
• Define, drive, and demonstrate the value delivered to customers and the return on investment (ROI).
• Maintain action registers to track customer needs.
• Keep a working knowledge of SalesForce, Jira, Trello, and other relevant platforms.
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of covered information.
• Minimum of an Associate degree in a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in a clinical discipline.
• Preferably experience across various clinical areas, including OR, ICU, therapies, and medical/surgical patient settings for adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations.
• Strong educational and presentation skills in both one-on-one and large-group settings.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records.
• Proficiency with Copilot or alternative AI engines.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and similar software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Ability to maintain a comprehensive understanding of eHealth Technologies’ business.
• Capacity to interact and collaborate with all team members.
• Experience and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, adept at managing change and ambiguity.
• Strong judgment and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to complete tasks accurately within strict deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
• Ability to engage in extended periods of typing, data entry, sitting, reading, and writing.
• Capability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Home network equipped with gigabit-speed Ethernet ports.
• Minimum home internet speeds of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• At least two Ethernet connections to the internet source for a PC and phone.
• Modem/router must be located in the workspace or connected via a sufficiently long Ethernet cord.
• Availability during regular business hours, with occasional evenings and/or weekends as necessary.
