Clinical Practice Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Ensure that AgeCare Continuing Care communities deliver outstanding person-centered care across all care models.

• Utilize expert knowledge of Continuing Care Health Services Standards within British Columbia.

• Assist in transformational initiatives aimed at improving clinical outcomes, resident safety, leading practices, and the cost-effectiveness of care.

• Facilitate effective management of Incident Reports, including system safety analysis, recommendations, and communication.

• Provide clinical direction, oversight, and coordination for clinical leadership, frontline care staff, and consultants.

• Identify, assess, and monitor risks related to service continuity, encompassing care, hospitality, environmental, and facility risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor of Nursing degree is required.

• Current registration with BCCNM as a Registered Nurse is essential.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is necessary.

• A minimum of five (5) years of advanced clinical care experience in a complex healthcare setting is required.

• Experience in the continuing care sector is preferred.

• Experience in Infection Prevention & Control is a valuable asset.

• Proven track record of progressive leadership roles.

• Willingness to travel across British Columbia and the Island.
