Clinical Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Ensure the clinical accuracy and implementation of patient prescriptions.

• Verify both hard copy and digital prescriptions.

• Engage with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians through phone and email communication.

• Oversee and manage incoming and outgoing prescription transfers.

• Ensure compliance with all legal, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

• Represent AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.

• Contribute to enhancing team capabilities through leadership and follow-up in a call center setting.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD).

• Active pharmacy license in the state of residence.

• Experience in pharmacist verification tasks.

• Expertise in clinical judgment.

• Prior experience with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa is a plus.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

• Strong work ethic and capability to collaborate with various partners.

• Exceptional standards in customer service.

• Keen attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.

• Problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.

• A strong desire to assist others.

• Must be able to commute to various site locations within the assigned territory.

• Willingness to work extended hours as needed.

• Availability to work outside of normal business hours on an ad-hoc basis.
