Clinical Performance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and support of Specsavers stores, partners, and clinicians

• Collaborate with the Regional Support Team to enhance the clinical agenda and improve business performance

• Drive store growth by leveraging commercial insight and establishing credibility

• Execute strategies to maximize access to high-quality clinical care

• Organize events and offer support at both territory and store levels

• Motivate and equip colleagues with the confidence, resources, and skills necessary to enhance clinical performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Optometrist registered with the GOC

• Strong commercial insight

• Enthusiasm for clinical development

• Proven experience in leadership and training

• Additional qualifications such as Professional Certificates and Independent Prescribing are advantageous

• Willingness to travel frequently across Greater London
