This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and deliver clinical training sessions for clients both virtually and in-person.
• Produce clinical content and training materials utilizing contemporary engagement and instructional design strategies.
• Conduct high-quality clinical training sessions in an engaging and impactful way.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to recognize and meet training needs.
• Implement the ADDIE model to design curriculum and assess training interventions.
• Work together on broadening clinical training offerings and improving outcome assessments.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams to accommodate unique account requirements.
• Manage all logistics from start to finish, including virtual event platforms, selection of clinical providers, preparation of materials, and tracking evaluation metrics.
• Advise large Jumbo clients on Training and Programming strategies.
• Uphold confidentiality, compliance, ethical standards, and adherence to Spring Health policies.
• Achieve an average live-event feedback rating of 4.5/5 or above.
• Enhance operational efficiency to address client Clinical Programming and Training needs.
• Cultivate strong relationships and a cultural understanding of the assigned client to customize training for their workforce.
• Valid clinical license to practice psychotherapy, such as Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC.
• Must be independent and not require clinical supervision.
• At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience.
• Required experience in instructional design and content development.
• Background in corporate training or public speaking is essential.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, virtual engagement strategies, and training evaluation techniques.
• High proficiency in engaging learners in a virtual environment.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Zoom, and other event/webinar platforms.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in a professional context.
• Ability to thoughtfully utilize AI tools, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and develop fluency with AI technologies.
