This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the subject matter expert in Materials Management for software implementations.
• Assist new clients in transitioning from legacy financial systems to Multiview Financial Software.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team on client project plans, processes, methodologies, and execution strategies.
• Evaluate business process workflows and requirements, proposing system solutions.
• Create project plans while identifying, interpreting, validating, and documenting requirements and milestones.
• Align client business requirements, processes, and objectives.
• Troubleshoot software issues and serve as a liaison with clients.
• Enhance product integration with third-party services.
• Work alongside Client Support to address Materials Management challenges.
• Mentor and train new personnel on the use of Materials Management.
• Develop best practices for implementation in conjunction with internal teams.
• Assist clients during go-live phases, including technical discussions, whiteboarding, integrations, and solutions.
• Document and manage project deliverables, risks, and action items.
• Provide stakeholders with implementation status updates and address scope-related concerns.
• Maintain comprehensive client project plans while fostering strong client relationships.
• Manage multiple priorities, adhere to deadlines, and track time to ensure revenue capture.
• Support clients throughout all phases of implementation, including requirements gathering and escalation processes.
• Uphold Multiview’s core values, enhancing the reputation of both the company and its clients.
• A degree, diploma, or certification in Accounting, Commerce, Bookkeeping, or relevant Materials Management experience in the healthcare sector.
• 2-4 years of experience in a Materials Management role or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Materials Management Specialist within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Materials Management Information Systems (MMIS) or ERP software.
• Strong ability in software usage, particularly in Financials/Enterprise products and services, financial software, or Materials Management.
• Exceptional client service skills with experience in client-facing scenarios.
• Strong communication, presentation, training/coaching, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the capacity to multitask, analyze, and solve problems with critical attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and time management capabilities.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and colleagues in a collaborative environment.
• Capacity to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Openness to coaching and mentorship.
• Competence in handling confidential information while adhering to applicable data protection laws, including HIPAA standards.
• Willingness to travel within North America.
• Previous experience with ERP or Multiview Financial Software is preferred.
• Prior experience in software implementation is preferred.
• Experience in the SaaS/Software industry is preferred.
